Instructions for Grilled Swordfish with Peach and Avocado Salsa
In a shallow pan, mix the marinade ingredients together. Now place the swordfish into the marinade and coat well. Allow the swordfish to marinate in your refrigerator a minimum of 1 hour… we marinated for 3 hours.
Time to make the salsa. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the salsa ingredients together and place this mixture in the refrigerator to chill. After the swordfish has had time to marinate, fire up your grill to a medium heat and then place your swordfish on the hot grill and cook the swordfish approximately 3-5 minutes per side. Garnish the swordfish with the peach and avacado salsa and ENJOY!
