10 Convenient Paleo Snacks

Eating right can be tough in today’s fast-paced society. Far too many people think the only convenient foods to eat in a hurry are processed foods and cheap chain restaurants! It doesn’t have to be that way. There are many easy, convenient Paleo snacks people can eat in a hurry. Here are 10 of my favorites.

Most nuts and seeds taste great and are good for you. They’re packed full of antioxidants and meet our snack criteria as being easy to get to in a bind. Make sure to soak and dry nuts and seeds before eating.

Deli Meat

Deli Meat

Eat fresh deli meat that’s been raised in organic, free-range environments. Don’t make a sandwich using bread because bread contains ingredients that aren’t good for you.

Beef Jerky

Beef Jerky

Organic beef jerky can be taken and eaten almost anywhere. I especially like the organic beef jerky from my local farmer’s market and will also eat the organic jerky from Whole Foods.

Greens Drinks

Powdered greens drinks are great snacks for busy people. I drink one each day. Try my Cardio Green or Cardio SuperFood for great taste and nutrition!

Olives

Not only do I love the taste of these convenient snacks, they are packed full antioxidants to protect your cells. Olives are full of vitamin E and help prevent blood clots while protecting against cancer.

Coconut Flakes

Coconut Flakes

Unsweetened organic coconut flakes can be eaten by the handful or added to other dishes. Coconut is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and fiber.
